Volunteer

Thalia Symphony relies on its volunteers ​who are needed for different tasks, big and small, throughout the year, and we need volunteer help from orchestra members and non-members as well.

We are developing a database of volunteers who can help out where needed. If you can assist with any of the following tasks, or others that arise during the year, please contact info@thaliasymphony.org or join our Mailing List and let us know the area you are interested in. We will add your name and contact information to the database.
 

• Front of the House: At each concert, we need non-orchestra members to help with box office and ushering. This requires a commitment of about one hour of your time before the concert starts. You will not miss a minute of the concert, and you will receive a complimentary ticket to the concert.  If you can help, please send your name and contact info. We will be in touch about two weeks before each concert.

• Soliciting Corporate Sponsors: We are actively soliciting businesses to support Thalia. Concert programs will include advertisements for each business that provides support. We can use help from orchestra members to solicit corporate sponsors, or to become a sponsor yourself if you are a business owner. 

Please consider where you can contribute your talents and energy to Thalia. It’s a great way to be involved with the orchestra, and will benefit the organization in so many ways.
